Because every ElayaLuxe purchase is arranged personally with a specialist, shipping details are confirmed as part of your quote. The standards below apply to all shipments.

Canada

We offer complimentary, fully insured shipping on purchases within Canada. Every shipment is sent with a reputable carrier, insured for its full value, and requires an adult signature on delivery. Tracking information is provided as soon as your piece ships.

International

International delivery is available to most countries and quoted case by case. Any customs duties, import taxes or brokerage fees at the destination are the customer's responsibility. We are unable to declare shipments below their actual value.

Processing

In-stock pieces typically ship within one to three business days of completed payment and verification. Sourced and custom pieces ship on the timeline agreed in your quote. Every item passes a final inspection and authentication check before it leaves us.
