Return & Refund Policy

Because purchases are concluded directly with a specialist rather than through an online checkout, return terms are stated clearly in your written quote before you pay. The framework below applies unless your quote states otherwise.

Inspection period

Watches and ready-made jewellery may be returned within seven days of delivery provided the piece is in exactly the condition received: unworn, unsized, with all protective stickers, boxes, papers and accessories intact. Returns must be authorized in advance; unauthorized shipments will be refused.

Custom and special-order pieces

Custom-designed jewellery, engraved items, and watches specially sourced to your specification are final sale. This is standard for made-to-order goods; we mitigate it by requiring your design approval before production begins.

Authenticity guarantee

Every piece is guaranteed authentic. If a recognized independent authority determines an item we sold is not genuine, we will refund it in full at any time.

Refund method

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method once the returned piece passes inspection. Return shipping must be insured for full value and is the customer's responsibility unless we agree otherwise.
